Maps of filaments in nearby clouds (350 micro-m) from Koch & Rosolowsky (2015, accepted). All data shown here is publicly released by the HGBS consortium
Further data products (FITS files of skeleton masks and catalogue tables) are available upon request (email me at the address here). The files are too large to host via github on this site.
The skeletons indicate the positions of the detected filaments in each region. Red indicates the filaments found using the original image, while blue are the filaments found by convolving and regridding each map to a common resolution and pixel scale. This is necessary for comparing maps without pixelization effects.
